Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the time of the original booked slot. To edit your booking:
- Once logged in to the booking system, click on your name in the top right hand corner of the page. This will take you to your account page.
- Find the booking that you wish to alter in the list and click on the booking code (blue text).
- On the booking invoice page, click on "Edit this booking" (top right).
- Click on "Edit item" on the right of the page (make sure to select the correct item if multiple slots were booked in the same transaction)
- If you wish to alter your time slot, select the date and time required then click "save".
- To cancel you booking altogether click on "Remove from invoice" and confirm.
